  15. I. Introduction - The Frequency Manager Database allows you track and/or log
  16.                   various types of frequencies. The system has functions to
  17.                   track any frequency from 00000 khz to 9.9999 Ghz, and
  18.                   is broken down into two primary tracking functions. One of
  19.                   these is some general, and used primarily for tracking
  20.                   of "Scanner Type" frequencies. The other function is to
  21.                   log, track, and report on Shortwave Broadcasts (SWL). The
  22.                   SWL functions allow additonal tracking of Start Time,
  23.                   Country and City of origination, etc.
  24.  
  25.                   Also I have added the ability to enter and report on
  26.                   Frequency band allocations. You may enter the beginning
  27.                   and ending frequecny range, description, etc.
  28.  
  29.                   REPORTS - you will find over one dozen (12) different
  30.                             type of reports, and the ability to selectively
  31.                             report on various items.

  34. II. Installation - Make a subdirectory on your hard disk (C:\FREQ), and copy
  35.                    all the files to this location.
  36.  
  37.                    Change to that subdir and type "FREQ" and press "ENTER"
  38.                    to start the program.

  40.                    You will get a re-occurring notice to register the
  41.                    package, but the system is FULLY functional. Please
  42.                    register, I do.

  44.                    You may press F1 for HELP on any screen.

  65.     This package is released as Shareware, and a registration fee is
  66.     required, if you use the package. There are no warranties or guarantees
  67.     of any kind, implied or otherwise. I will attempt to fix any known
  68.     or reported bugs.

  71.     will disable the "Annoying" registration screen. If you are a
